Stepping into Corran House felt like a much-needed embrace after a long day on the winding roads of the Isle of Skye. Nestled in Kingsburgh, this charming B&B not only boasts breathtaking lake views but also offers a warm ambiance that instantly makes you feel at home. Jackie, our delightful host, guided us with fantastic recommendations on local sights and made sure our breakfasts were nothing short of extraordinary, even in these unusual times with only continental options available. The garden provided a lovely space to relax, and we made the most of the serene surroundings during our stay, soaking in the tranquil views each morning. Plus, the location made it easy to enjoy nearby attractions; a short drive took us to Portree for a delectable dinner after a day of exploring. I can't recommend Corran House enough-it's truly a perfect blend of comfort and hospitality for anyone seeking the essence of the Skye experience.
